He was very clear with the iCornerstone process, and the benefits of using this process. He is meticulous in measuring and understanding the existing structure. There are no guesstimates and all cost projections are based on the actual materials and labor needed to complete the work. Having such clarity regarding costs before any work begins is not something I've seen in this industry prior to this experience. It was certainly a welcome change. We now have plans for a home addition and complete control over the project. We decide the scope and can customize the plan to our budget. "Any construction can be stressful, but with Liam and his team I was in good hands. I had some upgrades to one bathroom and a tub to shower conversion in the master bathroom. Liam was clearly very knowledgeable, and his workmanship in both bathrooms was impeccable. He answered all my questions, had great suggestions and was very responsive whenever I needed to contact him. The demo in the master was completed in a day, and the guys cleared everything after they finished. The tile work was meticulous and just beautiful. I highly recommend Liam Neary Construction."

"Pedro Quissanga was wonderful throughout the process. The project started out as a porch window replacement with an architect drawing plans, but once we started construction, we discovered that the whole underneath part was rotting and needed reconstruction. Pedro and his crew were hard working, reliable and careful, and his price for all of the work was very reasonable. When something went awry late in the construction, Pedro took it seriously and got people over within hours to locate the issue and fix the problem. Even though the project ended up being much more difficult than initially expected, there were never any unexpected charges and the additional work was at a consistent high level. "I hired Quality Construction (QC) to build a 22x24 two car garage, started from preparing the site. Turns out the site has ledge, QC worked with the foundation guy and did it very reasonable price. QC framed in garage, matched existing vinyl siding to house, iced and water shield the whole roof. QC installed garage door and garage side entrance door. QC installed gutter for the garage and also a French drain behind the garage, paved a new drive way leading to the garage. I also hired QC to build a deck between the house and the garage. Very thing comes out so beautiful excellent job. There is no issue working with QC. I really appreciate his workmanship and efficiency according to the schedule. I definitely will hire him for my future projects again. As a matter of fact, two of my neighbors have hired him for their projects."

"Tri and his team constructed a 12’x30’ roof deck with composite decking and a pressure treated base—a complicated project given my location on a one-way street in the city. The deck is beautiful, the price was fair, and the construction team was professional, respectful, and responsive throughout the project. They were able to complete the project before the estimated completion date. This is mostly due to the fact that they worked past 5pm on multiple occasions, and worked over a long holiday weekend. They’re work ethic was impressive to say the least. I have already recommended Tri and his team to close friends, and will certainly consider using Tri on any and all future projects."
