I recommend Frank, especially when you have a Samsung appliance need fix. Also, I strongly encourage people that don't buy any Samsung appliances, my range is 2.5 year old and had a leaking valve. Also my fridge is 5 year old and has a broken icemaker (and frosted fan in the back which I fixed myself). Repairing Samsung appliances will also cost you more than a US brand."
