Since I couldn't remember the name of the company, I waited for the commercial to appear again because I liked everything about it. Mr. Antonio Bridges, came out and went onto the roof to inspect the area I showed him from inside and returned to let us know there would be no charge due to the minor fix to the leak, Here we were prepared to replace the entire roof when only a few nails were needed. He was very thorough, measuring and taking pictures of the affected areas of the house and its corresponding support in the cellar. He also mapped out a chart for the crew so they would know exactly where to work and what needed to be done. The day the work began, Dallas was here to coordinate with the 3-man crew. There was constant communication between us, checking floors, etc., as they went along, and they replaced the dirt and vapor barrier when they were through. "The removal and replacement of the shingles went well. The crew did not replace the rain diverters over the entry doors. Our sales rep was responsive to text and phone messages but somehow the work never got scheduled until a phone conversation with the main office. One major drawback was that the on-site supervisor did not speak the same language as the roofing crew, I don't understand how they can work that way. Thankfully the roofing crew didn't seem to need much supervision."
