"John was referred to us by trusted friends so our expectations were already high, but I have to say he exceeded them.. by a lot. We had an emergency water heater situation that turned into upgrading and replacing not only the water heater (to tankless gas) but handling a few other problematic plumbing issues in the house that I had been either putting off or just didn’t know who to ask for help. Surprisingly none of this broke the bank, which was my biggest fear in addressing all of these various issues. Service, response time, follow up were all 100% and well. He also made entirely sure that I understood the new system, where and when it needed any maintenance, and how to get ahold of him pretty much any time. A+ would recommend to literally anyone (trying to get my Mom to go tankless as we speak)"

"LVP looks great and tile in the kitchen look great but the trim and baseboards were not finished and I had to have another contractor come in and install them. The stairwell was sanded and stained and I was told they could match the stain for the stairs to the LVP and that wasn’t true either. The stairs came out pink. Now I’m having another contractor come in and fix. I would not recommend to a friend."

"Terrible to work with.Took much longer to build than was quoted. Concrete inspection failed twice. As a result the floor is not level and is out of square. Framing inspection failed. To save costs, we said we would stain the wood. We thought all of the wood was provided which we stained. Then more wood was brought in which they installed without first letting us stain it. We had to stain the main beam once it was installed because of their poor communication. Framers removed the attaching house roof & left it uncovered. It rained that night and we had rain in our kitchen and living room. Ceiling & walls had to be redone. Painter they hired was a poor communicator. Never came when he said he would. When he did come, he managed to paint our kitchen curtains and painted shut one of the ceiling kitchen vents. Left his equipment for days in our porch area, kept saying he would be by to pick it up. The only time Fred came by was to pick up payments, never checked the quality of work done by his employees. We could go on, but there was not much good to report about this contractor. Stay away from!"

The Water Doctor cut that initial companies quote in half. They set up an appointment for the next morning, the well was fixed quickly and efficiently. Frank even fixed a potential future problem. So refreshing to find an honest local company that offers quality service. The Water Doctor will be our go to company from now on for well needs. Very professional and friendly service."
