"It went really well. The lady I spoke with on the phone to make my initial appointment was very polite, friendly, cheerful & helpful. They are very flexible with your schedule. I called on a Friday I think it was & my appointment was the following. Tuesday (would've been sooner if my schedule allowed). I didn't have the $ to fix it that day so the Technician gave me a cost qoute & said I could call the office whenever I was ready to make an appointment for him to come back & repair my dryer.
