"Eli has completed two jobs for me, the first was changing out a garbage disposal; after agreeing to a very fair price Eli was meticulous with the install and even cleaned up and left my under sink spotless when finished. The second job was painting a stairway going to my second level, this has very high walls and not an easy job. He first taped all the electrical switches, the floorboard and made sure tarps were laid down so no paint could damage my stairs and floors. He even fixed an area without my asking where there was small damage on one wall. He spent as much time preparing and he did on the painting and the results really show. Once again, he left my house spotless as he cleaned up before leaving. I gave him an extra $100 as I was very happy with his work and the outcome. "Andrew and his team did a spectacular job. From bidding to execution they were professional, timely, respectful, clean and organized. The project was 2 and a half months and they never left a messy workspace. We were able to get the basement of our dreams that turned out even better than expected. Andrew was able to take our design and make it better by rearranging our existing plumbing to make more room. His Hvac partner was able to reduce bulkheads by rerouting and reducing the vertical length of the existing ducts. We were able to get the drywall ceilings we wanted to get the finished look and feel we were looking for. Andrew and his team did excellent tile work and created custom cabinets to make every use of space. If he encountered any problems he would call us with a solution already on mind. Dave Larkin and his team are professional yet personable gentlemen who transformed a nice house into an exquisite home that I absolutely LOVE. It is a blessing to have been led by the Lord to choose Dave's company after meeting with 9 other contractors! I started out with a to-do list of about 10 things I needed help with but the more they transformed my house to reflect my personality, the more I wanted done, and without hesitation, Dave always obliged. By the time DL Remodeling finished my home, the to-do list ended up with no less than 44 items to tackle, which they started and completed with diligence and amazing craftsmanship; no corners were cut. But most importantly, as a single woman living alone, I felt 100% safe and comfortable at all times when the gentlemen worked inside my home from 8:30AM to 4PM this past winter and spring. Dave's team of Skip, Tim and Luis were courteous and punctual, experts at their individual crafts and determined workers, and respectful of my personal & real property. I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE my home!!!!! Every time I walk through the front door, I feel like Dorothy clicking her ruby slippers: "There's no place like home. There's no place like home." "We honestly enjoyed working with Charlie and his staff. After receiving 3 bids, we chose him because he was more detailed in his estimate and explanation of the work ahead. Once we started the project, every single time I called him, he answered his phone. No one can say there were zero bumps in the road, with any contractor or large project, but I can say that each time I had a question or concern, he took care of it immediately. The cabinets themselves are amazing. We had priced mdf cabinets from Costco, but through Charlie's cabinet maker, Mike, we got solid wood, soft close, full-custom gorgeous cabinets installed for less money than the mdf ones would be just to have delivered. Both Charlie and Mike were very helpful in the design and layout of the kitchen and always listened to my ideas as well. His electrician was also very helpful in designing the lighting layout. We had to have some repairs and reinforcements in the crawlspace, and his staff always took before and after pictures so we were assured that the work was necessary and completed without having to get down into the crawlspace ourselves. We will definitely hire Precision Carpentry again when it comes time to remodel our bathrooms. I'm attaching pictures. The painting (walls and trim) is not complete as we are doing it ourselves and taking our time. What is pictured is just primer on the new drywall."

"Handy Co. did such a great job my Wife moved out of the Master Bathroom and into the Guest Bathroom we had remodeled. The install consisted of gutting the bathroom, installing new tub/shower, new fixtures, new vanity, plumbing, marble 4x12 floors in a Chevron pattern, crown/base molding, and a frameless shower door. I had received several quotes on the bathroom and Mike was the best option (He also wasn't one of those painful sales presentations). He allowed us to purchase our own parts (if you have a wife you understand how important this is). Handy Co. definitely beat out all the other full bathroom remodel companies in the area especially since they are a locally owned small business. Highly Recommend and will use his skills again.
