"Very well, with lots of unique circumstances. A prolonged New Orleans cold spell (Polar Vortex?) prompted me to bite the bullet and address non-insulated floor and inadequate topside attic cellulose. Within two days we had an estimate @ $1.90 / square foot underneath and $1.65 /square foot in attics (both prices lower than other estimates) and prep and installation planned in next four days. The first three days included "hard freeze" warnings taken seriously necessitating running every water source in the house hourly over two consecutive nights. (pipes intact with few close calls--not so for lots of people) Planned foaming was delayed an additional day, because New Orleans was shut down with an ice storm. I was reassured by the company and a double crew was scheduled the fifth day. All's well now with much warmer floors and furnace running occasionally instead of continuously. This company was only one cited on Angie's list. They did a very nice job, courteous, prompt, on time when promised. I'm happy."

"When I could get the owner to respond he sent his people over to clean my duct work and installed a vent line for my dryer. I paid the bill presented to me and two days later the owner attempted to give another bill for additional money. i asked why and the owner replied "my people charged you incorrectly". I informed him that I paid the bill presented to me and he chose to send me to a collection agency. I would not recommend using this company because ownership is not trustworthy"

Our normal procedure for bids are as follows: Meet with customer directly to go over disired scope of work Work up an estimate within 2 business days Schedule a second appointment to review estimate with customer face to face Begin work upon signed agreement and specified scheduling with client **All work requires half down and the remaining balance when the work is completed and client signs a satisfactory completion agreement** We are locally owned, fully insured and qualified to meet your needs.
