Said he could come out to do the repairs on Saturday 08/20/20 and was there right on time (actually he was early). When he and his wife arrived they both got right to work. "This was my first time using BNC and they were fantastic to work with. Charles gave me a fair price and answered all my questions. He worked alongside his crew on the job and the other guys helping were courteous, knowledgeable and took time to answer questions about the job as I was peeking downstairs to see how it was going. They had laid down brand new cloth runners while walking through the house, and were running a shopvac while using the jackhammer. While a mess was unavoidable, there wasn't nearly as much dust and debris as I expected. Overall, BNC did a great job and I will likely use them again for future home repairs."

Len and Jeff did not think the proposed solution was a good one and came up with a good alternative idea. Then we found some rotten wood, which meant that the job would be a lot bigger than the 8 hours of work we hired them for. So we decided to postpone that work, and they did other work instead. I appreciated their concern that the finished product should have a quality look. Communication had to be done over email only because of the family matter, but there was no problem getting everything set up.
