"Foreman Tim and crew members Dan and Ty did an excellent job installing a complex series of supports for our basement walls. While they worked hard each day, they were still most accommodating of our needs as homeowners. They moved their equipment several times so that we could be on time for personal commitments, they worked quietly and efficiently (except for the sounds of their equipment, we would hardly have known they were here), and when they were finished, they carefully cleaned our basement before their departure. We enjoyed our experience with Tim, Dan, and Ty, and we’re well pleased with the work they did. "

"Working with Joe was incredible, he might be a big guy, with a little machine, but he gets the job done, and he does it right! Joe and his crew helped get our kit ready for our dream home. He dug and graded for our foundation, dealt with water issues throughout the lot, and installed our entire septic system. He was easy to work with, thoughtful, and had good ideas. His crew especially Ben and Ian were friendly, smart, and very hard workers. By far they were the most painless contractor I’ve worked with, 10/10 would recommend!"

"<p>I have been trying to get a basement contractor to waterproof my basement for several years and had problems with 3 other companies (inaccurate estimates, trying to sell products rather than fix problems, no shows for appointments or worse giving quotes which said installing a catchment system to let water run into perimeter drain rather than fix the leak was a good solution???). </p> <p>From the day I contacted Greg (Aug.8th) until the work was competed (Aug. 28th) I found both Greg and Jason to be totally professional and responsive. They listened to the problems I had and came up with a price quote in 2 days This price quote was for a total solution (interior basement and exterior drainage).</p> <br /> <p>Kinetic did provide a total solution to the problem, Since the repairs I have not had a drop of water. "Our sump pump died and our basement flooded. Matt, owner, of Cleanbright and his crew were fantastic. He and the whole crew were polite, professional and great to work with. He communicates very well and handled things with my insurance company. They had all the equipment to dry out the basement after removing sheetrock. They replaced and replaced it and repainted and moved stuff back into place. Thanks to his quick response we avoided any mold or mildew issues. On top of everything else they were very neat and clean. You would never know there had been an issue."

"I built the room myself but needed a professional to do all the taping and painting. Bill did a fabulous job, he was extremely attentive to all our wants and needs. At the last minute we added on the floor for painting and Bill was very happy to help us out. He cleaned everything up every day he was here and was very punctual everyday. Thank you Bill for a fabulous job. I am still adding molding to the finished job so as soon as i am completed I will post pics."

"The company partner showed up with a full crew and walked them through the job. Said he'd be back a few times during the day, but he never came back. Altho I was at home, when the crew was done with the work they packed up and left w/o letting me know or allowing me to review the job. After they were gone I realized they must have mistakenly taken a work light I loaned to the crew while they worked in the dark basement. I called the partner, let him know, and asked him to locate or replace the light. I never heard back from him or anyone else. In sum, the work they did was fine, but the communication and professionalism (beyond the work itself) were not acceptable."

"We came home from vacation to very stormy weather.  We found that our garage wall and top corner of the ceiling where the garage meets the house was WET.  We looked for someone on Angie's List to provide us with an estimate on repairing whatever damage might be up there causing this problem.  Due to three top-notch reviews, we called T&T Construction on a Friday.  David Turner (owner) answered my call and we agreed that he would come out at 10:00 Monday morning to take a look at the roof/siding.  Mr. Turner was punctual and got straight to business taking apart our siding trying to figure out what was causing our problem.  He told me that if for some reason he couldn't find the problem, that he would put everything back the way it was before proceeding.  We did, in fact, have what appeared to be hail damage to our siding and roofing. Mr. Turner gave us several options for how he could proceed with the work and an estimate.  We agreed on the estimate and, much to my surprise, Mr. Turner said he and the one man crew he had with him could get the house repaired by that evening.  My husband inspected the roof and siding upon completion and was satisfied that they had done exactly what they had indicated in their estimate.  Mr. Turner worked neatly during the job and cleaned up his equipment and other scraps VERY well after the job was done.  At the end of his work, he even offered to clean fingerprints left on the new siding during installation.  Upon request, he also attempted to fix a siding problem in the back of our home after the roofing job was completed, but not having any additional siding material, he was unable to correct the problem.  He DID put everything back in place as it was. My husband and I were very pleased with his professionalism and work ethic and would be happy to recommend him and use his services again in the future. <br />"
