We had two full bathrooms completely re-done as well as new kitchen counter tops and laminate flooring installed. Emily LaRose, the designer, is the consummate professional designer. She has a firm grasp of design concepts and gave us functional and beautiful designs. She is a skillful communicator, equally strong at explaining choices and listening to and addressing our concerns or preferences. Emily kept the projects on track and made herself available for our questions. Our initial choice for laminate flooring for the kitchen was discontinued by the manufacturer. Emily immediately contacted us, and we met. She presented other recommended choices that would work with our counter top choice and existing cabinetry. We ended up with beautiful flooring and an on-schedule installation. Emily visited our home throughout the projects and always answered our phone calls and emails promptly. She was extremely helpful and easy to work with throughout the entire process. Further, all the other Kitchen and Bath World staff we met were very helpful, and we felt completely comfortable having them in our home. Greg, the lead installer, has an outstanding work ethic and outstanding construction / remodeling skills. Greg did meticulous work, and our home was always left in pristine condition at the end of the day. We will be recommending Kitchen and Bath World to our family and friends!"

The whole process went really well. Todd called to check in on a regular basis.  Once he started the construction, he was here early and worked diligently.  My neighbors had nothing but wonderful things to say. He was polite and courteous.  They were so excited to stop by everyday after he left and see the progress. 

He spent one day on digging the footings, one day waiting for an inspection/filling the footings, one day building the frame, and a few days working on the decking, railings, more inspections, etc.  He was extremely professional, always insisting on having the city come and check before moving forward.  He had fallen behind due to rain, so he came and spent 2 Saturdays here so I'd have my deck in a timely manner.

I can't say enough about how wonderful it was to work with Todd.  His attention to detail and the quality workmanship he paid to creating my deck is like no other! My neighbors are jealous at my gorgeous deck.  My neighbor told me yesterday that she brought her sister over to see it last week when I was at work.  She said her sister was floored at how beautiful it was - from the size, to the color; the design to the direction of the planking!

I would highly recommend Todd!  I certainly plan on using his services in the future for other projects I have on my list!
