Did correctly fix the shower issue, but when they replaced the fixture they didn’t screw it in all the way so the next few showers let a lot of water into the wall until we realized and fixed. I made the big mistake of hiring someone a family friend recommended and they diagnosed it incorrectly and then basically disappeared on me.
