Carlos (the owner) and his team were the best contractors we’ve ever dealt with. They started by painting a few rooms & ceilings on the interior And then moved on to paint the entire exterior. The interior came out beautiful. They moved furniture, filled holes , took down and replaced curtains. The line from wall to ceiling and ceiling from baseboard is sharp and clean. On the exterior they power washed the whole house the first day. Next they came to replace whatever rotted trim we had. After that onto the painting and what a fantastic job they did. "Vanni was the person we were looking for on day one. He is very knowledgeable in multiple trades. He is not afraid to make a recommendation on design choices; he was absolutely right. Vanni is always punctual and neat. He helps organize the jobs and timing of the other trades. He reviewed all the plans for cabinets and appliances and was very accommodating to schedules and unexpected delays. Our kitchen remodel consisted of replacing everything including moving and replacing an exterior door. He installed our cabinets, back splash, new door, exterior wall repair, and flooring."

"My wife and I were considering having some remodeling done to our house but we were not sure how it would all work. A friend recommended we hire an architect or draftsman to help with the ideas. We submitted the request through Angie's and found Richard from iCornerstone. We live in Tyngsborough and he came to our house from Weymouth and spent the day measuring everything in the house and provided us with an outstanding renderings and diagrams of our house from all the floors. We didn't have any original drawings and neither did the town wit details. Richards work was exemplary and nothing short of outstanding. He really knows his stuff and he kept in contact the entire time. We asked for the changes and he made them to a second diagram with a 3D layout we could show to the contractors for the remodel. I highly recommend Richard and iCornerstone for any of your needs."

"This is the second bathroom remodel Joe has done for us. This project also included tiling a long back hall, wrapping exterior pillars, and changing out the door knobs and hinges in our home. Joe is meticulous! The first contractor we have ever used who is fussier than we are, and that is saying a lot! Joe takes great pride in his work and makes sure we are 100% pleased with every detail. If I could give him 10 stars or more I would!"

The team was very respectful, easy to work with, pleasant, on time and was here every time they said they would be here. They advised me on paint colors, were attentive to detail, did little extras to assist and did a nice job on clean up after the renovations. They kept to their appraisal budget, were timely with the work, got the job done in a reasonable time frame which was very important to me. It was a pleasure working with them. I am considering hiring them to do a bathroom remodel at the appropriate time"
