"Dennis came over and gave me a quote for a on demand hot water heater and a water pressure pump. My wife and I agreed on the price which was very fair and set it up for the following week. Dennis did an absolutely fantastic job installing the water pressure pump first and then he started on the gas on demand hot water heater. He finished that the next day. Dennis is a perfectionist and measure everything 2 or three times which I think is great. His work is fantastic and he stands behind it. Our home is historic with old plumbing and he kept us informed of our options to unclog the drains and used several methods to get them working, without damaging the existing pipes. He is very knowledgeable about plumbing and materials used in the 1930's and before, and took that into consideration before performing any work. One sink drain just would not clear, so he scheduled us for a second visit, giving us time to clear out a closet, and carefully measured and cut through a small section of closet wall to get at the piping. After clearing the clog, he replaced and updated a section of piping, and was very helpful about how he thought it best to repair the wall. My husband did some minor carpentry, and both our sinks are clearing better than they have been in many years. I would definitely use Provost Plumbing and Russ for all our other plumbing jobs. He is nice, professional, and prompt!"

There wwere never any issues raised about costs / schedule delays that may have been impacted due to the need to coordinate with the tenants. Replacing all of the siding on the church owned apartment building (done in a historic district) was done professionally, with high levels of concern for safety (both for the workers and the public in the vicinity of the work area), cleanliness,and proper execution of the work.
