"Great service. Eddie Cox come out on a Monday and told me what the worker would do. The worker came out on Wednesday on time both days and did and amazing job. The worker clean up all concrete you would never know they were there.I live in LaPlata had to get permission to widen the end of my driveway. You would never know that that they touch my driveway it look beautiful. I call several concrete companies in Charles county and these company were rude and took week to call me back. One companies I call still waiting for a call back. But thank to 7th State Builders, LLC I got the job done and excellent job. Due to a stroke I had the driveway widen to give me more freedom. So if you need concrete work big or small job call 7th State Builders to get it done right. I am a woman writing this review very happy with this company. Very professional staff to deal with. "The work was done well overall, but I had to remove some large concrete pieces from the sloping areas around the edges. The original diggers had buried these close to the surface, which would have made landscaping impossible. This was not Jerry's fault, as they did not follow his instructions to break these up, and add them to the substrate rock under the patio base. There were delays due to the very bad weather, out of his control, but the re-scheduling needs could have been communicated better, in my opinion."

They expanded it to double the size and replaced cracked sidewalk and the apron. The patio is also larger so now we can put out a dining set and enjoy our parties. Not only did they do great work, they also cleaned up everything and replaced the grass at the end of the driveway where they dug out! "We obtained several opinions and quotes, and decided to go with Mark and his team because they provided several solutions for the issue: 1) Install pipe underground that connected our sump pump output to a pop-up at the bottom of the yard, so that water from the sump pump could no longer saturate the lawn 2) plant topsoil and grass, so that the water had a place to go instead of just washing the mud down the hill, and 3) redo the concrete step at the base of our walkway with a gradient so that water would no longer collect there. All three solutions worked. We have since had two storms and our walkway has remained puddle and mud-free. Furthermore, Mark was very professional. Proactive communication, arrived on-time as expected. Called before he came by. Mark proved to be trustworthy, and followed-through on everything he said he would do. I highly recommend Mark's Lawn & Landscape!"
