Andy and his crew built a custom fireplace surround for my new three season room using a combination of natural and manufactured stone.

We chose a large natural Pennsylvania Lilac stone slab and Andy hand chiseled the hearthstone into a fantastic bow shape and hand finished the edges to give it a natural look that almost looks like it broke off of a cliff perfectly shaped for my fireplace.

He also hand fashioned and hung a fantastic mantel cap from the same large piece of stone and hand made supports for it out of the same piece of stone.

His crew laid stone up, down and all around my fireplace as well.

NOTE: Andy can be difficult to get on the phone - after seeing him work from 8am to 8pm to finish my fireplace in time for Christmas, I learned that it's because he's busting his hump for his current customers.

Very well.  I feel so comfortable about the stability of my home.  Jim, the owner of the company, was always looking for the best and most reasonable way to solve a problem.  His crew was hard working and came to work when they said they would (except for the rainy periods of course).  The house was empty so they stayed at my home (so they could be close to the job) and kept very good care of it.

 It was an expensive repair but I believe I could not have found a better crew for the same price. Since I was out of state much of the time, they kept me informed at every step, which is helpful when you can not be there.
I definitely would recommend them for waterproofing but I was most impressed with their ability to do the structural reinforcement."

"I had a specific issue for a while and didn't know how to resolve it, until reaching out to the services of R&B Handy Waterproofing. The issue I had was with stand still water in my front yard causing puddles after it rained. It became very annoying and inconvenient obviously. R&B came out and laid a surface drain in my yard to make the water flow into a trench where the water would leave out my yard and quickly got rid of my water problems. I am greatly appreciative of their labor services as well as their customer service."
