"Jake Krygier, Scott Nettesheim and their roofing and gutter crews completed a professional job on our home. Of all the firms we interviewed, Infinity Exteriors was the best at being the most thorough during the quoting process, going over all details without requiring that they first be awarded the job or be given any sign that they are a finalist. After they quoted the job, they were responsive to every follow up question. During the quoting process, Jake did an excellent job identifying, on his own, special roof and gutter design issues with our home, the kind of detail that the other firms did not notice. He also came up with a creative solution to a known roof issue. At the first meeting at our home, Jake brought roof and gutter materials for my wife and I to review and select, something else that none of the other firms did. As the job date approach this Spring, Scott was accommodating regarding the COVID 19 crisis, respecting our concerns about their crew and our family keeping safe and healthy. As the job progressed, the roofing crew, led by Enrique, was respectful about our concerns about keeping the landscaping undamaged. The gutter crew was also professional. Our gutter system has three issues related to the design of our home. The crew identified two of those issues on their own, brought them to our attention, and developed practical solutions. My wife and I were quite worried that our home would not look the same with asphalt shingles, as our home was built with cedar shake. Jake helped us select an affordable asphalt shingle that he felt could offer a look as special as what we had with cedar shake. To our surprise, once the roof was done, we realized that the choice of asphalt shingle has resulted in a curb appeal that is actually better than what the cedar shake created. Bottom line. We could not be more pleased with our investment in a new roof, as a result of the excellent work of Infinity Exteriors."

After dealing with that fiasco, during which I was made to feel like the villain, the service I received from Accurate Roof Management was a breath of fresh air. From start to finish everyone was responsive, respectful, communicative, hard-working, and efficient, and clearly took pride in the job. They were also careful of the property, cleaned up after themselves, and were considerate enough to reinstall things like garage door keyless entry pads and extension cord brackets. "Worked with Lapota for 2 repairs. 1st was a roof leak repair that a different company (the one that put on the roof 7 years ago) tried to fix 4 times and failed (actually made it much worse). Lucas from Lapota found the problem in 15 minutes and it was simple enough for me to fix, so he did not even charge me. 5+ stars for this. 2nd issue was two leaking windows (this is a condo association). They have a minimum charge of $2k, so this might not be the best option for small repairs, but since they did not charge for the 1st repair, I felt it evened out. They caulked around both windows, seemed to be fixed until yesterday when one window had water intrusion again. I'll be calling on Monday. My experience has been that this is a reputable company so I am confident they'll stand behind their work. I will change to 5 stars if they do. So, in summary, this seems to be a good company but due to their minimum, probably best for projects that would normally cost $2k or more."

"We had a roof that needed cap shingle replacement prior to the sale of the home due to degradation of the previous shingles of the wrong type. Weather Pro Exteriors had someone out quickly to provide an estimate and they were able to schedule the repair within a week. The customer service was excellent and they were easy to work with. Pricing was significantly lower than another quote I received and we are happy with the work performed. Very personable and responsive!"

"Initial visit and quote went well. Sales person was very knowledgeable and was able to provide a quote on the spot. Took nearly 3 weeks from acceptance of contract to paperwork being complete and work scheduled. Seemed a bit long since there was already a signed contract. Work started about 1 week after paperwork was completed. Dumpster was delivered a day early (on a Sunday), and the company dropping it off cracked my driveway. If I had known about the early delivery, I could have helped choose a drop off location that eliminated any chance for damage to the driveway. Work was supposed to take 3 actual days on-site, ended up taking 5 actual days. Rain further delayed things, but that is unavoidable and not on Infinity in any way. Quality of work was excellent when complete. Crew could have done a better job fitting the skylight, as they cut away more drywall than was needed to install it, but that was only a minor issue. Cleanup could have been better. Found a partial coil of nails in my parking spot, and a few loose nails in the yard between the house and the dumpster after work had been completed. Overall, the roof installation was very good, and the price was competitive with other roofers. The only negatives were the delays in starting the project, the cracked driveway, some minor disorganization during the project, and the less-than-perfect cleanup. I wouldn't have any reservation recommending them as long as you are willing to make a few calls to stay on top of when they will be starting the project and when they will be out each day to perform the work."
