"Well, after fighting these gophers 4 times, Catch came out and gassed and poisoned them again. I'm hoping for a good result this time. I think the trick is constant monitoring of this lawn, which will be done. I was unaware that these gophers can migrate through freeways from the neighbors."

"Otero landscaping installed two trees on our property, did some leveling, prepping and sodding, also installed a sprinkler system, and some slope landscaping in three different areas around our house. Most of the slope landscaping did well, except for one area that did not do so well. They returned to see how they could fix this one area but it just never took. It may have been that we have really bad soil in that particular slope among other factors. We are very happy with the sod/lawn that they installed using a new designer sod: RTF. It is self repairing so if we get brown spots from the dogs, it will grow back in in a few weeks. This grass also grows fast. The trees are a palm tree and a shade tree in the back. they are also doing well. They also installed a railroad tie wall around the new lawn. We were pretty happy with the work. The job was originally supposed to take a week, but ended up taking two weeks. Of course we also kept adding more work to the original job. The owner if very nice and willing to fix anything that the customer is unhappy with or wants do to differently than the original plan."

"We first had Mr. Williams treat our pine tree in 5/23. His work was excellent. He came back a week later to finish. At the time he told my husband that he would come back in 6 months to check the tree. We started calling in 11/23 to schedule the follow-up. Many calls and emails later we got a reponse. Mr. Williams came to our home on 1/30 to look at the tree. He said that his top man, JJ, would come out at 830am on 1/31. He was misdirected by the office and arrived at 10am. His work was very good. Mr Williams arrived at the end of his work. At no time in May or on the 30th did Mr. Williams mention that we would be charged another 750 dollars."

"In efforts to make my beautiful lawn new again I opted to hire Aerations Plus LA, which was the best decision I've made in a long time. I was surprised that Joel (the owner) came out to meet me and review the initial consultation. He was extremely friendly and advised me on what would be the best option for me, which I appreciated since money is tight during the current times. A crew member came the following week and worked both the front and back yard. He aerated the lawn, seeded it with weed killer and seed for growing my lawn again. In addition he set the sprinkler system and advised me on the timing the sprinklers were set and advise for my gardener. After a month I was smiling again seeing my beautiful lawn again. I was very pleased to have a follow-up by a crew member to check on any issues I might have. All employees involved in exemplified a commitment to customer guest relations which certainly demonstrates the “spirt” upon which so many successful organizations are dependent. It was because of their combined efforts that I felt compelled to thank them formally. I'd also like to congratulate Joel's company on it's policy of satisfying the customer. You can be sure I will pass the word along that Aerations Plus LA is an excellent choice for all lawn care."
