TriCounty came in and assessed the situation and gave our HOA a couple options. TriCounty began the process by first closing all entry points. Next, they set traps and monitored any potential activity for 2 weeks. Once they confirmed there was no activity, they scheduled the complete removal of all debris including insulation. Once the debris was removed, they completely sanitized the entire attic and replaced with new insulation. We are completely satisfied with their attention to detail and their care for the cleanliness of our property and living area. "After extremely poor customer service from our former pest control service, we switched to Hydrex. We were offered a discount for paying a full year of service and the customer service has been excellent thus far. We have only had one service performed since we signed up but we are very hopeful this will be a very good pest control service provider. We also asked for early notification prior to service dates as we have a pet that must be kept inside on service days. Office staff has been friendly and pest control summaries (showing chemicals used) provided on service dates."

We had a mother raccoon and her 3 babies in our attic After contacting our existing pest control company and multiple other pest control companies we were unable to get a but one quote for removal of the raccoons The one quote we received was in the thousands of dollars. When I spoke to Renee he quoted me a reasonable fee which was a fraction of what I was quoted by the other service The job required more than the work and took considerably longer than expected because of the location the raccoons had decided to nest. Renee stuck with it and was able to get the raccoons out of our attic. He was incredibly communicative and professional throughout the process. The final bill was less that expected and tiny amount compared to what I had received from the other service. I could recommend Renee and his team more. They were professional, thorough and humane"

"The crew came out on time, friendly and professional. They checked where we thought there was a bee hive on the outside of the house, but found no hive. They went into the attic and checked the roof from the inside as well. Explaining their work as they went. I really liked the fact that they relocate the bees instead of kill them. ultimately they said the bees we saw were probably scouts looking to start a new hive, but we were in the clear. The company refused to bill me for the service call. Would definitely hire them again!"

"No one wants to have to deal with a situation like this, but when you have gophers, you want them gone. CATCH Gopher Control was professional from the first phone call to the 3 house visits. Matt was professional and so nice. We have a small yard that was recently disrupted by installing a pool, and that apparently welcomed our first gopher which destroyed part of the lawn. All gone. We tried some "home remedies" that didn't work before calling these guys, and I wish we would have called them sooner!"
