"The roof and trim were done, and look great. But I have a couple of issues .The crew was very unfriendly. I came out just to say hi, and they sneered at me and walked away without a word. Also, after they left I found out that they apparently cut an electric wire as I had a tripped breaker and now some of my electric baseboard heaters don't work. This was in an area where they replaced sheathing material right over my breaker box. I contacted the rep, who acknowledged my issue and I am waiting to hear back."

My roof replacement, that was just completed yesterday , couldn’t have gone better in every way- from the quote process which was highly detailed and explanatory and the permitting, to the tear down (of multiple layers of asphalt and the original cedar shingles) and roof replacement - and the meticulous cleanup of the property. Tony Ziko, the owner, was hands-on every step of the way and handled every aspect with his crew - including re-securing the gutters, adding air vents (there had never been any) and answering every question via text or phone (and I had many). Tony had his crew photograph the entire process and sent me updates throughout the 2.5 days the job took. His price was in the same ballpark as the other four quotes I received- but was less than most and the materials were the same as all the others. The roof looks great- and hopefully, will last many, many years! Fantastic to work with and great job!"

"The rain storm on the night of January 8, 2026 that dropped an incredible 2" of rain within a short period showed us we had a major roof leak coming into our attic and upstairs bedroom. I went to Angi's list the next day and entered the parameters for our job. Justin with Gemini Roofing called immediately, confirmed the details of the job, and said he could take a look that afternoon. His likely arrival time was going to conflict with my need to pick up my daughter from school, so he shifted his schedule so he could get here beforehand.
