"In July of 2020 Affordable Concrete Raising lifted up a 5ft x 10ft section of our patio concrete, which was slanted toward our house. We are delighted with their work! Ron was very professional and informative when he came to look at our patio and give us an estimate. The work crew arrived on time, were very careful to make sure that the rising concrete cleared the edge of our concrete stoop, and cleaned up afterwards. They even succeeded in freeing up the post of a metal railing so the concrete could rise around it and we wouldn't need to replace the railing. Their price was very competitive ($700) and our experience was positive from start to finish."

George carefully looked everything over and advised me though he would love the business he really didn't think a recapping of our concrete steps was necessary and it wouldn't really last all that long. "We had a blockage in our main sewer pipe under the basement floor. It turns out we had an old flood control gate that had collapsed. It was about 80% closed, so water was not able to get out of the house appropriately. I called several companies and not only was Robert's price reasonable, he was the most knowledgable and willing to talk through the issue and the solution. Robert, Phillip, and his crew were able to break up the concrete floor and replace the pipe despite the fact that it was encased in several feet of concrete and was located right near our fireplace. It was a bigger job than we anticipated due to the original pipe being encased in much more concrete than is typically used, but they were able to take care of everything without destroying the walls or fireplace. The new pipe was put in, and the hole was patched with cement. I can't say enough good things about the planning and work that Robert and his crew did. They were skilled and professional and a pleasure to do business with. Despite the large hole in the floor, the clean up was impressive. Half way through the process when we saw just how big and difficult the job was, I felt confident that we chose the right company. This problem could have been a lot worse, and I am glad we trusted Lincoln Sewer and Drainage to take care of it. They also noticed that our catch basin needed minor cement repair, and took care of that while they were here. I highly recommend Lincoln Sewer and Drainage, and I won't hesitate to use them again in the future."

"Luis of Designer's Concrete set up an appointment to make an estimate, and arrived at the appointed time. I had already had the utilities located. We talked it over, and he explained to me what was necessary, and the reasons for the cost estimate of $1000. He said he would take care of getting the city permit for the project, and he stayed in contact with me throughout this part of the process. He knew exactly what the city needed from me. Once the permit was given, Luis arrived with his crew, and laid in the form. The city had to inspect the form and foundation for the pad, but once they had, the crew returned the next day and finished the job. The longest part was waiting for the city permit (about a week). When that went through, it was only three days until it was finished. Luis told me how to cure the cement before I drilled into it to install the shed. Luis accepted the Angie's List coupon. He followed up with a call a few days after it was complete. They did not mix the cement on my property, but had it delivered. Personally, it seemed more expensive than I thought it would be, but that was probably just my ignorance going into such things. Overall, it was a great experience working with Luis and Designers Concrete."

"They arrived promptly, and got right to work. They maintained a good work pace. If they encountered a minor obstacle, they informed me and gave me my options. They cleaned up the area very well before leaving. The company that cleaned up the debris left on plastic sheeting on the lawn did a poor job (it was a contracted hauling service). I called High Tech and they were out very quickly to clean up the mess, and even offered to put sod where the grass might have been exposed to concrete dust and other particles. They were friendly and professional. Their sales person seemed very honest and seemed to bend over backwards to please me. I would recommend them to a close relative, friend, or neighbor in a heart-beat!"
