For example, items requested to be removed were cleared within 24 hours and documented. Communication was inconsistent, with extended periods without updates followed by new justifications for delays. After temperatures dropped to approximately 18°F on December 14, 2025, and critical insulation work remained unfinished, a new contractor obtained approval for emergency insulation to protect the home. Construction debris also remained in the yard for an extended period. Apart from the facts; The siding and the exterior of the room looks very nice. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this contractor for projects requiring clear planning, consistent communication, and timely completion. "
