"Weather-Tite was recommended to me by a contractor who I trust to evaluate and repair water and moisture issues that I was having in my garage. Bob and his crew did a phenomenal job!! My husband and I are beyond thrilled with the results! They are professional, courteous, and fastidious. Half of my garage is underground, as there is a hill in my front yard leading up to the house. The repair involved excavating dirt along the front of my house next to the garage foundation wall down to the drain pipe, repairing cracks and holes, applying waterproofing and more. The interior wall was cleaned and drylock masonry paint was applied. My landscaping on the outside had to be removed and then put back. They did such a good job that you couldn't even tell it had been moved at all. We also had Bob and his crew complete a second job for us. This involved excavating another trench but in the back of the house along 16 feet of the foundation, replacing a drain pipe and waterproofing. They were at our house for three days. Lou sympathized with my plight and ensured his crew demolished a crumbling flower bed wall and deteriorated shed in my backyard at a faction of the cost. Moreover, Lou returned with a crew member the day after the job was completed to reconnect my utility sink, washer and dryer and move them back into place free of charge. I was troubled with the proposal for the job as certain aspects of the language would have left me at an unfair liability should something had gone wrong with the work. I explained this issue with Kyle who followed through until the proposal was acceptable to me. "What started out as a small window pane replacement job worked it's way into many other jobs. Cesar repaired my front steps and backyard patio. He painted: basement floor, pipes, stairwell walls and steps, painted the quest room, repaired and painted damaged ceilings, replaced damaged wallpaper, fixed open seams of wallpaper. He's coming back to repair and paint back foyer walls, woodwork and doors. His man will be sanding polyurethane my wood floor in the toy room. His work was good and neat. He removed all unwanted material and if I needed a small unplanned job, he did it without charging. He is very respectful and has a kind heart. I have recommended him to friends."
