"Once started the work was done quickly. The original scope of work for concrete finish was changed at my request to use exposed aggregate making the pad look like one single pour. Wow, looks great, money well spent. Gable roof with cathedral ceiling and finishes match perfectly. Looks like it has always been part of the house. Light landscaping was also provided to repair lawn from construction damage. This was done by the contractor without charge or my request. There was a small leak that the contractor repaired after several trips. This was resolved to my satisfaction. The point here is the contractor took responsibility and returned until this was resolved. We love our new patio, it’s perfect!"

They are prompt, professional, hard-working, attentive to detail, careful w your home, thorough when cleaning up EACH DAY & at the end of the project, and clear & thorough w communication. We underwent 4 mos. of a complete bathroom remodel, & were left w MANY problems. After several estimates for repairs, Brody had the greatest selection of materials, was the only 1 willing & able to complete all the work needed, was 3-4 x less expensive than the next nearest bid, AND the work and materials are warrantied! They covered floors, swept floors/wiped walls as they went, & were cautious about our cats! Brody does the work himself. Once the job was started, more problems were found & repaired. I'm running out of space! Brody (not us) is dissatisfied w the appearance of something due to the prev contractor & special ordered materials. They were on time, professional and when the job called for more than what was on our agreement, they just did it without asking for more money or time. They did what was right to stabilize my hill.
