"We were very pleased with Clean and Clear.  Although we played a little phone tag, our calls were returned in a very timely manner.  They were very friendly on the phone and answered my many questions - I was concerned about possibly needing repairs and wanted one stop shopping.  I also inquired about gutter covers vs routine maintenance, and appreciated the frank advice I received including comparison of costs over the next 2 -3 years.  The next day they came over and did an estimate while we were out.  Further questions were answered and within several days the job was done (cheerfully, even in not such great weather.)  Jerry even went out of his way to get covers that matched the color of our gutters.  (When I bought them myself many years ago I hadn't thought to do that.)

"B. Guyaux Jr. Roofing is one of a very few contractors whom I would label as excellent.  First and very important, he does NOT subcontract any work. He has his own employees, equipment and expertise.  They are a great team which work well together.  They replaced a roof last year on the street where I live so I got to see their work. I asked Mr. Guyaux Jr. to in inspect my roof which he did for free.  He shocked me when he said I could get another year, maybe two, with my current roof.  We discussed the gutters and downspouts.  I was impressed with his straight forward honest approach.  When 2013 arrived we decided to get the roof, gutters and downspouts replaced.  We also wanted the wood trim on the house replaced with a no maintenance material.  We asked Mr. Guyaux Jr. for a proposal and also requested a quote from the contractor who did my neighbor's roof about two years ago.  Both contractor were rated A+ on the BBB site and both provided a small proposal package complete with a detailed proposal, insurance info, material description and warranty information.  Mr. Guyaux Jr. provided the lower price.  We signed his proposal.  Work began in mid September as we had requested.  They would start sharply at 7am and finish at 3pm with cleanup each day.  Their cleanup was outstanding!  They completed the entire project in 2 1/2 days.  The quality of their workmanship was excellent.  The only thing they needed from me was an electrical outlet.  They were totally self sufficient. Mr Guyaux Jr. worked with us and offered a number of good suggestions.  He was there everyday working with his team.  When the job was complete there was a major improvement in the appearance of my house.  Quality materials and workmanship made the difference.  We are so happy we chose B. Guyaux Jr. Roofing for this project.  They exceeded our expectations, which were high, and preformed at a high level.  We highly recommend them to anyone who is considering a new roof or needs roof repairs.  These guys are the best and provide a true value.

"These guys are not only pros—they are true gutter artisans. After a decidedly frustrating experience with previous roofers, who were at best sloppy but in any case showed no pride in work, working with Ryan Hankey and Always Perfect Contracting has been a breath of fresh air. The work was a challenging replacement of a decayed and rotting box gutter on a circa 1850s historic home on a steep hillside with 36 stairs. There was no way to save the box gutter. Ryan and his team of Jeff and Dino worked long days in high heat and humidity to get the job done in two days. Not only did they replace the gutter, they remediated some of the sloppiness perpetrated by previous roofers at no extra cost. I got three bids on this project, and although Always Perfect Contracting was not the cheapest, the level of craftsmanship more than warranted the price differential. I cannot recommend these guys highly enough—7 stars (out of 5)."

"Do not really want to knock this company. They responded quickly. They came to the house and I told them about the loose gutter. The gentleman said our fee is $275.00. I did not know what the problem was or if the fix was difficult so I figured I better get it done and agreed to price. Workers came promptly the next day. They put four metal clasps to reattach the gutter and checked the other two gutters. My issue is although I agreed to it not knowing the fix $275.00 was way out of line. I feel this price should have been adjusted due to the easy fix. I would not use them again."
