They even ran into a glitch installing a light switch in my basement but they went above and beyond to make it work. He also found some wiring problems and corrected those. "Deal was $349 for the install, but included a $49.99 cost called (TFSC)? Called and talked to Dan he is a very nice professional and was able to have this done the next day! Impressive, they did have someone in the area already working but still that's a first! Installer Jon was very good and professional and explained everything as he went and after completion (which only took about an hour or so). Only issue is the deal on Angies List says " Offer includes a limited $25,000 protected equipment warranty and a lifetime product replacement (parts) warranty". But not what the warranty they left says, its for $5,000 and only 10 years parts replacement. So I called Dan and explained and he said what the warranty that is on the sheet I was left is the one that is in effect, he wasn't sure why the one on Angies List says the $25,000 and Lifetime warranty on parts and was going to check on it. This may have made a difference in selecting the deal or not, knowing that up front."

"It went smoothly from the beginning. Unlike a typical bathroom fan/light combination I wanted the two functions separated and positioned in different spots. The original way I planned the installation would not work due to some ceiling joist positioning; Eric suggested an alternate way that was both functional and aesthetic. In addition I needed a GFI outlet repositioned due to a planned larger medicine cabinet. Eric repostioned the outlet working in rerouting the wiring from the attic. Eric and his crew kept me informed all the time they were working and cleaned up after themselves when done. I would highly recommend Master's Electric."

"Bob and his assistant came promptly as scheduled. Calling before to confirm. They were right on time considering the long distance they had to get here. They completed the job in the amount of time described and left us with a beautiful new surface on our tub. Afterwards, we had some difficulties with our drain, and gave Bob another call. He scheduled a time to come all the way back to our house to straighten out the request. He also gave us a little touch up paint. We had used some super-gentle, yellow, painting masking tape to make a nice edge on our culking, and we pulled a bit of paint off. The directions he leaves with you won't specifically say not to use the tape, but it should have been obvious not to do it. If you can't use suction cups, we probably should have realized not to use masking tape either. But the touch up paint made it perfect again. The only negative thing that could possible be said (and this has nothing to due with Bob or the company) is that the process won't make your tub perfectly smooth again if it is severely pitted. We had pits in the surface, and this covering smooths them out, but they are still going to be there as a bit of texture. It's been seven months and we are still happy with our new tub. Following his directions for cleaning and maintenance have kept the tub looking great. Thanks, Bob!"
