"We contacted this company through Home Depot. They offered a water test where we , mailed a sample of our water to them and they sent a salesperson out. They did arrive a little late to the installation appointment. They did everything that they said they would do.  However, they didn’t explain the maintenance very thoroughly to us. For example, they didn’t explain how often to change to filters, where to purchase them, and how expensive they would be. Overall, it was a great experience."
