"I was disappointed that the service tech did not have the replacement faucet or garbage disposer with him when he came out. I made it clear in my request for an estimate that at a minimum, these two items need to be repaired/replaced so he should have brought them when he came. Instead, I had to wait for an hour for him to drive to the "warehouse" to pick up the items and come back. I did not see or sign the written estimate before I agreed to the quote, and I do believe I was gouged on the price, but the work needed to be done so I did not press the issue with John. The lady that called the other day to see how things went was friendly and professional. "We started having problems with our sewer. ARS/Rescue Rooter was called to evaluate what needed to be done. Bill came out and diagnosed the problem very quickly. "Ed and his crew came out to figure out where my problem was with my sewer line. They had to dig up the sewer line to find out why it was backing up. Once they were able to see the pipe we discovered that one of the utility lines had drilled their cable line through my sewer line causing me the problem. Ed called out the correct officials to determine who was responsible so that I would be able to file a claim for his services. We determined that it was in fact connected to ATand T. I'm still waiting to hear from someone at ATand T in the claims department. However, Ed and his crew did a GREAT job in a desperate time of need. They cut out the bad part of the pipe and replaced it with new. It's running like a champ! Ed also did a great job of taking pictures for me to have to be able to show ATand T if tey had any questions.

"Had water coming into the finished basement; discovered a crack in the basement wall and it was suggested by the basement people that we have the perimeter drain tile to the sump examined for any blockages or reasons that water might have been accumulating where the crack was located. My initial phone call was answered promptly and professionally, and Jason came out the following day to look at the drains. A machine with a camera on the snake was used, and you could view the interior of the drain pipe. Jason showed me potential problems with the sewer drain where tree roots had infiltrated. I appreciated that I was not pressured to buy or do anything as a result of their service which was only to inspect the drain tile. "I was notified as they departed for our house and I instructed where the tank was located. This was great for me as I was running other errands before they arrived.  When I got home the operator was wrapping up.  We have a small tank by today's standards so it didn't take very long to pump.
The operator was very courteous and diligent in regards to cleaning up any spillage that is common in this process.  No worries.
This was the second time we've used them and they'll be on our list for years to come.
