Lee kept me up to date as he applied for a COVID variance, but then had to wait for PA to go Yellow before he could return to work."

"These guys are not only pros—they are true gutter artisans. After a decidedly frustrating experience with previous roofers, who were at best sloppy but in any case showed no pride in work, working with Ryan Hankey and Always Perfect Contracting has been a breath of fresh air. The work was a challenging replacement of a decayed and rotting box gutter on a circa 1850s historic home on a steep hillside with 36 stairs. There was no way to save the box gutter. Ryan and his team of Jeff and Dino worked long days in high heat and humidity to get the job done in two days. Not only did they replace the gutter, they remediated some of the sloppiness perpetrated by previous roofers at no extra cost. I got three bids on this project, and although Always Perfect Contracting was not the cheapest, the level of craftsmanship more than warranted the price differential. I cannot recommend these guys highly enough—7 stars (out of 5)."

Our contact was Tim and he communicated clearly and thoroughly throughout the process. It was a pretty big job and took several days. The crew showed up reliably on time every day and did high quality work. They cleaned up after themselves each day and left everything in perfect condition. They seemed to take great care to not disturb or damage any of our landscaping which I appreciated very much. We also were replacing some windows and Ireland referred us to a Pella contractor that they have a relationship with. We have been very happy with the window project as well. I highly recommend Ireland Contracting."

"Marion did a very thorough job and was very professional. She pointed out that my blower motor capacitor was weak. I decided to replace it myself. After poking around I found there was another small capacitor connected to the draft inducer motor. I tested it and found it to be even weaker. I will be replacing that as well. She also found a couple other things that needed corrected as well which she did. That was gas inlet pressure was too low and the condesate drain line was partially plugged."
