"I am so happy that we found Krain Construction. Brian and his crew really brought our vision to life. We wanted to build 2 stories on top of an already existing foundation that only had a roof on it. We had a hard time finding someone to do it but Brian had no hesitation. He drew up a floor plan and we loved it. His crew built the new frame for our house, did the siding, doors, windows, decks, gutters, hvac. My husband and I are going to do the interior part of the house. If we had any issues we could easily text Brian and he would resolve them quickly. If we had any last minute changes, he would work with us. Very personable and professional. If we ever needed anything else done I would use them again and I would recommend to anyone needing a remodel. I will post some pictures of how our house started and how it is now that they’re done."

They were personally involved with the project and worked directly with us during the entire planning and implementation of the work. They were true craftsmen. "Family Room remodel included: carpet removal, installation of heated flooring and Luxury Vinyl Planks. Added quarter round. Repaired damaged drywall and painted. Bathroom included: removal of vanity, 2 walls of tile, and mosaic tile floor. Installed heated flooring, vanity, ceramic tile, mirror, backsplash. Excellent work from a good crew. This was my second hire of Rose construction."

So we hired Beatty Remodeling again for a new roof and a side porch and railings we have zero complaints professional and knowledgeable"

"It started very well, we worked with Tara, she was very receptive to the changes that we made and was very accessible and flexible.We wanted initially to hire for full remodel, but their quote was too high ,so we decided to limit only to cabinets and install. We hired other companies and it was a smart decision . Then the installation came and unfortunately it was poor planning and what was very disappointing poor execution leaving us with significant gaps between the back of the cabinets toe kick and the cabinets.. nails trough the cabinets and misaligned doors When we alerted about it..we were told to hire someone else to fix that ..I must admit that the quartz company that did do very good job. But in regards with the cabinets installation no supervision and very poor craftsmanship. So we ended up with having to repair what should have been planned and executed well initially."
