"Simply put, Bob (the owner) and his crew were awesome in every measurable way. They score a 100 points on a 10-point scale as far as we are concerned. To begin with, Bob responded to my voice-message within an hour or so...he visited the project location the next day, and provided his written quote within 2 business days. Bob also maintained communication during the period from my initial call to the morning that the work began. Based on DELL'AQUILA PLASTERING's current workload at the time, a tentative date less than 2 weeks out was agreed upon, subject to us completing other work (wiring, plumbing, etc). Bob maintained excellent communication, and called to confirm the start date and arrival time. Bob and his team arrived at 8:30am as promised. Once the drop-cloths were installed from the entrance to the bathroom by the workers, there was a continuous flow as the work moved right along. The project was completed on time and under the budgeted estimate (WOW!). Cleanup was exceptional, as there was nothing that would indicate that a sheet-rock and plaster project had just been completed. Combine all that I have said above, with the friendliness and professionalism of Bob and his Team, and the timeliness and quality of the work completed, and you have a FIVE-STAR COMPANY ready to complete your project!"

"It went well. Painting was done well with no spills or messes. Touch-ups to plaster at times needed to be smoother.  However, once this was pointed out, touch-up was improved. Price was fair and Rick worked hard to get the job, met the lowest estimate of five others.

"Tom at Spectrum Renovations came out in the evening to give an estimate for overhead lighting install. His was one of 3 estimates I received, and he offered the lowest rate. I had several follow up questions later in the week and he was always quick with an answer. He was able to schedule the project just a day or so after I approved his bid. He and an associate completed all the work in 1 day and were very respectful, did not make any messes in the house whatsoever. I had some concerns early in the project that things might be a little more involved than I had anticipated, but they were able to work things out very nicely."

"Very pleased with Williams plastering. First thing - you don't expect your plasterer to be young but dylan is second generation and the ease in which he explains things and does the job will tell you he has lots of experience. On time, moved furniture and books, etc with care and put down rugs wherever to avoid scratching or damaging any floor. We talked through things and i added a couple spots to fix in addition to top coating a finish through two rooms and Dylan was receptive and fair with the additions. Cleaning out the damage sections revealed very big holes and dylan explained that previous owners must have tried to patch with drywall mud - he wasn't concerned and went on fixing it. At the end of it - couldn't be happier especially considering i had two other folks who i couldn't get a price form and dylan knocked it out lickety split! He will be moving on to doing just doubt 1/2 my exterior of my house next."

He always cleaned up when he left and made sure that I could still "live" in the house while they went about their work. He painted the outside and inside of my house. He is a very hard worker and went out of his way to do a couple of things that were not in the contract. For that I was grateful."
