"Ricky did a fantastic job! He was able to come same day (on a Saturday in the evening) to fix a broken garage spring. And while this was a nice surprise, the main driver of this 5 star rating was his thoroughness, openness, and knowledge. While he was here, he did a thorough inspection of all garage door parts. He replaced both springs due to age, and noted that the door cables were also fraying, recommending repair now rather than waiting for them to fail. He provided options without pressuring.
