"Ed responded immediately to my call for help. Had water enter my finished basement and called Master Craft & Design, who was located in Fox Lake. When Ed arrived to give me a quote, he saw that my vinyl flooring could still be saved. He called a couple of his guys to come over and vacuumed the water and removed the flooring to dry. I hired him even before he gave me a quote just for his quick actions to save me money on the flooring alone. They did their thing and my basement looks better than it did before. The quote was very reasonable as well, considering he already had me locked in. My wife and I were already considering renovating our kitchen. Ed already gave us a quote for that as well. The tub I picked had some unique features that caused no problems. He was even able to incorporate the floor tiles into the back splash to tie everything together. "
