Fabianâ the company owner was just a great guy all around! They built a beautiful new patio for us, including a retaining wall for decorative and extra â seatingâ purposes. They worked with us on all the design details, even if we requested more time or additional sample materials. Unique also redid our front and side stoops. There were a couple of small â glitchesâ along the wayâ ¦ not surprising with any major projectâ ¦ but when we pointed them out, Fabian was really great in making sure things were done appropriately to address any concerns. We highly recommend working with Unique, and recommend booking early since their great work and reputation mean their schedule fills up fast!"

"Even though Lino Rojas does not advertise his deck repair service, they did such a great job on our landscaping and he seemed so handy that I asked if he could rebuild our deck. He quoted an extremely fair price, almost half of what I was bid by a couple other vendors by the time the project was completed. He recommended what we should keep and what we should replace showing us the rotten boards. He wanted to make sure we weren t replacing boards in another couple of years. He and his team pretty much replaced everything except the main support beams in many cases just charging us materials for the upgrades. He is very conscientious and doesn t like to leave a job less than perfect. We are extremely impressed with our new deck and look forward to sending any more business his way."
