"We received 2 bids to do the work on our house. George's was the lower price and he used higher grade products from the same manufacturer as the other bid we received. George also provided an 8 page detailed estimate and was much more detailed in person describing how they would complete the project. Our other estimate consisted of 1 page with 7 lines of description and required 25% down. George didn't require any money up front and that is really surprising with such a large job like ours. He also didn't put any high pressure sales pitch on us; he simply gave a broad overview of the project, answered all the questions I asked and then followed up quickly by email with a very detailed estimate for the work. George was able to start our project very quickly which was nice since a tree had fallen and caused a small hole in our roof. He showed up every day at 8AM and he and his team worked non-stop though the 90+ degree days. George didn't cut any corners and went above and beyond to finish the job professionally. His team also did little things that made our life easier like remounting our security camera and painting our exhaust pipes black so everything looked nice and new. George even came back the next week just to install an outdoor hanging light for our front porch that ended up arriving late from Amazon after all the other work had been completed. The workers were all very respectful, kept noise to a minimum (as best as you can when replacing a roof) and also were very meticulous in cleaning up afterwards. My wife is the toughest critic and she couldn't find one thing to be critical of about the outcome. We absolutely love all the work that George completed for us. Getting a major project like this completed can be a very stressful process. I'm fairly familiar with roofing and siding and had at one point considered doing this project myself. After seeing the results, I'm so thankful that I hired George instead. George made it very easy for us and we are grateful that we chose him to do our project."

"The drop down selections do not cover the scope of the job that Murray and his crew led by Jose did for us. We started out with a roof replacement, where the old roofing materials were removed, damaged wood was discovered and we decided to have the whole roof re-sheeted before the new shingles were laid. Because the covid pandemic affected the available stock on building materials, we did have to make a last minute change to the color selection for the shingles. Murray made a second trip out to our home with samples to make sure we were able to see the actual sample in person, as he understood that this was an important decision not made lightly. We were most happy with the finished roof. We also had elected to have the old aluminum siding replaced, along with the soffit, fascia, gutters and downspouts. While there was a slight delay in being able to obtain these materials, also because of the pandemic, our job was scheduled for this week. The great crew had the old siding removed in no time, and were able to start in with applying the new siding by the early afternoon. The very next day, they came out and finished the entire project efficiently and beautifully, and made sure that all debris was cleaned up. They are very skilled at what they do! After 37 years, we now have what looks like a new home, and couldn't be more elated. After what we all dealt with in 2020, it is a great start to what will hopefully be a better year for everyone. "Shingles, gutters and downspouts replaced. As far as I can see they did all the work I hired them to do. Would have been nice to have a picture at the end to show me that it was all completed. They sent me pictures during the roof install, but not the completed project. It would have been nice to see if the pipe boots were installed and the gutter guards. Iâ m too old to get up on a ladder and look. Sales - Fantastic. Roof installers - Fantastic. Gutters and downspouts installers - just okay."
