"I was truly impressed by the exceptional quality of service provided by RIVERVIEW CARPETING. I sincerely appreciated their efficient and responsive customer service, the level of detail and accountability they exhibited as my projects were completed, and the overall manner in which they conducted business as a whole. I used Angie’s List to select four companies who specialized in carpet installation. After meeting with Mr. Bob Bierly, my search was over. He listened to all my concerns with a great deal of patience and provided timely and helpful advice regarding brands, products, and recommended features. Mr. Bierly displayed a high level of professionalism, experience, dedication and commitment to quality that was compelling and sincere. During the installation process, the collective abilities of the skilled workers were complimentary to each other and were of great value to the meticulous installation process. I would definitely recommend Riverview Carpeting to others with no hesitation."

"Our experience was positive. The floors were installed quickly and are just beautiful! We’ve gotten many compliments on our floors."

"The installers were polite, courteous, and did a really nice job cleaning up"

"We hired Jeff to demo our existing large, walk-in shower (including tile, walls and floor) and replace with all new materials and tile. He was methodical during demo and reconstruction, and kept all areas free of debris. The tile design we chose was intricate, and he approached the job with confidence and precision. Jeff was a great communicator and maintained a set schedule. We couldn't be happier with the result! The design is exactly what we'd envisioned, and we absolutely love our new shower. We highly recommend Jeff and look forward to working with him again someday."

"The installers were very hard workers and I greatly appreciate what they did. Everything looks great for the most part. They could've cleaned up the wood chips in the basement where they were cutting the floor boards. There was a shop vac right where they were working. I'm going down today to clean it up. They did sweep in the areas where the floor was installed. The wrong corner rounds were ordered, but they found some of the right ones and installed them. They have to rtn next wk to install the rest. (Some of the transition pieces weren't exactly in the right place.)"

"They were the only ones that provided a detailed description of the materials and work to be done. A lot of contractors in Rochester are very loose with invoices and contracts…"

"Molyneaux installed vinyl plank flooring and carpeting in every room in my house. Steve Porter was wonderful helping us pick out the perfect combination of colors for our house. Maria Molyneaux called also to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction. The installers were polite and efficient! I get so many compliments on the vinyl plank flooring especially. It’s beautiful!!!Definitely recommend!!!!"

"First, let me applaud Bob for being flexible  in delivering my tile. He actually bought it out on a weekend so his crew could start the project first thing, as I was on a very tight deadline to finish an unfinished basement room in a new construction before a moving van arrived. Avalon did have to push the start date back one day, which I was amenable to since Bob was so accommodating with that initial tile delivery.
I had one person who did tile placement, cutting and installation. That went very smoothly, and the gentleman answered any questions I had along the way. The following day a different professional arrived to do the grouting, which came out excellent.
Here's a big plus...they all left the room and areas they were working in neat and tidy. Having had tile placed in various homes, I've never had such a thorough 'clean up' after the fact.
I would highly recommend Avalon for anyone considering a tile project. Great job, Bob & team.

"We hired Yuri to install new wood flooring in the downstairs of our home, from our initial meeting he was on time, and very helpful in selecting the floor that was best for our needs. He always texted us with any updates on arrival of wood and start date. He arrived daily on the time frame given to us, if by any chance he was running a few minutes late he would let us know. The work was done with care to our furniture, he worked in a very clean and organized way. When he left for the day, no mess was left behind. We are very happy with his work and will have him coming back for more work. I'm new to the area and was worried on who to trust, I'm so happy to have chosen him."
