"This is the second tile job I've had Adrian work for us. The first job was to redo the tile for our hallway bathroom (floor and walls). We asked him to provide an estimate a few months back and decided to move forward a few weeks back. The job was to demo the floor in our laundry room, dispose of the old materials, install new backer board and tile. This work was completed on schedule and was perfectly done.

In addition to the laundry room, Adrian is redoing the tile in our guest bathroom. This part of the job includes demo of the wood floor, shower tile and remove sink. After completing the demo, we discovered a few things that I want to change before moving forward with the new tile installation. For example, I will be doing some sub floor repair, small reconfiguration of the space (framing changes), lighting changes, etc. Adrian was very adaptable to this change and was even able to suggest contacts to check with after I asked for any referrals.

Adrian always calls or texts to keep me informed of schedule and job updates. He's very friendly and detailed.

"Overall we're very pleased with the final product Remodel Experts, LLC did. Our kitchen is a lot more functional, bright with the added lighting they installed and the new cabinets really helped open things up giving us storage space we didn't have before. Additionally, towards the end of the project we asked if they could tack on an extra project and without flinching they took it on and added a built-in bookcase and replaced our living room mantle and it just looks amazing. We did have a few bumps along the way, but overall very happy with the end result."

"I needed to get a hole drilled for a instant hot water dispenser and a nickel sized chip fixed and had been procrastinating for months... what company would want to come out and do such a small task? I reviewed angieslist and found Puget Sound Stone Repair and put a call into them. Todd called back and offered to come out a few days later on a Saturday to do the repair and drill the hole at a rate of $150 per hour. He felt it wouldn't take much longer than an hour (which it didn't). Communication was good, he was running a bit late but called to tell me which was great. The repair looks fantastic... if you didn't know it was there you wouldn't even see it and I am enjoying the hot water (and chilled water) dispenser installed in the 1.5" hole he drilled. Overall very satisfied and would use Puget Sound Stone Repair again in the future."

About a week later, Tony came out to take measurements as scheduled, and evaluate the job to identify any potential issues before installation day. I thought he was just one of their low-level guys who only did this stuff. I later discovered he was actually the foreman for our installation.
Installation day came, and the team showed up, not on time, but just a few minutes early. After a quick assessment conversation, Tony and his team got set up and went right to work. They were incredibly careful in how they treated our house, and were fast, efficient, and meticulous. Whenever a question or concern arose, Tony made sure to talk to me before they did anything. The level of precision and care really impressed me. And to top it off, they finished an hour ahead of schedule. As we were wrapping up, and the team was cleaning up after themselves and loading their tools, I noted that each and every one of the team members rechecked edges and seals a minimum of three times. Talk about taking pride in your work!
That night (this being January, and quite chilly), my wife and I kept walking over to the windows to see if we could feel any draft... nada. If we put our hand near our old single-pane windows, it felt like we were standing outside in the cold. We were delighted with the improvement.

"Chad runs a trustworthy, responsive business. He had to do quite a lot of tile work in our master bathroom including a heated floor, shower, tub and vanity surrounds. The job was difficult because it entailed some tricky deco work, but it turned out beautifully. The job was delayed somewhat because of shipment problems, so Chad had to come to make the trip to our house more often than he would have otherwise.  He was always pleasant, respectful of our home, and his work is precise. As usual with a remodel, there were some glitches, but Chad stepped up and made sure we were happy with the job. My husband was doing some handyman work in another room, and Chad was happy to give him handyman advice as well.
Chad was hired by my contractor, Kelly Lems of Homeworks on a sub-contract. She and every one of her people were excellent.( I did recommend to her that sub-contractors be given the homeowner's contact information so they could let the homeowners know if there was a timing delay.) Whether you use a contractor or hire your tiler independently, I would highly recommend Signature Tile.
