They actually told me NOT to get the additional optional recirculating feature that another company was recommending, due to cost and reliability issues. They didn’t require any money up front (other guy wanted 50%) and were able to schedule the work for only a few days out (other guy said it could be weeks or months). The showed up on time, did excellent work and even charged me slightly LESS than the original bid because they ended up not needing to install a pump for the condenser."
