"Just spent two days with John C. and Cody G from Renewal by Anderson as they replaced 12 windows and a set of French Doors in our home. Besides being incredibly delightful, they did an outstanding job. They took great care to keep our house and workplace clean, they were very careful with everything and kept us up to date on the few challenges and replacements that were needed. Lavonne was very helpful at the end and our “fixes” will happen shortly. I highly recommend Renewal by Anderson, and hope that get Jon C. and Cody G. as your installers---great guys!"

"Ron is amazingly patient, very cooperative and good with logistics. He’s gifted at handling communication. The windows are very handsome. The locks on the windows don’t lock in any position except for when they’re closed. I was hoping I could lock them when they’re locked when open at any point. They slide beautifully. They are very efficient. From the outside they look like they belong. They are appealing. You can tell that my windows greet you. The installers did a great job too! They found rotting behind some of my windows and were very helpful in explaining how I’d need to go about getting the repairs done. They offered a tremendous amount of empathy. They were very good with cleanup. They were very graceful with making sure there were no obstructions. "

"How did it go? Excellent! Jamie, the owner, was quick to respond to any and all inquires. Easy to reach, easy to get a hold of, both by e-mail and text. His team chief, Bob, clearly had years of experience! They were scheduled for 9 am and at 9 am, I looked outside to see the truck parked outside! Bob's experience came in handy when there were issues getting my sliding glass door into place, due to my residence being roughly 50 years old; which still had the the original, single pane, metal frame windows & slider door. If there were any issues with the same old type of windows which were replaced, I didn't know it because everything went so smoothly. Bob knew exactly how to quickly fix any issues, and his entire crew ran like a well oiled machine. The crew were extremely efficient. plus they went above and beyond; making sure the window glass and frames were cleaned and they vacuumed up the little bits of debris created when taking out the old metal framed windows and they took the old windows/door with them when they left for safe disposal. All the while never complaining about the pouring down rain! I would highly recommend this company, in short, for the excellent install , clean up and very fair pricing."

"Lake Washington Windows and Doors were super fantastic from beginning to end. During our search for windows we received bids from 2 different companies that sold the Milgard Aluminum windows we wanted. Jon Woods was super friendly, timely and quick to get us a bid. He went through the house and explained the process and timeline. He made suggestions when asked and gave a clear description of the installation. We ultimately decided to use Lake Washington Windows because they offered a better installation using flashing on the upper portion of the window as well as the lower portion of the windows. The other company said that flashing was only needed on the bottom portion because we had wide overhang of the roof. But I know from previous experience that when the rain and wind comes down at a side angle it could be prone to leaking. We submitted our deposit within a few days and a guy set up an appointment to come out to measure. (I wish i could remember his name because he was professional and friendly) He even made a special trip out to us to pre deliver the wood trim used on the outside so that i could paint them before the installation. Throughout the entire process Tahlia the scheduler was prompt in returning questions, and kept me up to date from the time we paid our deposit until after the windows were installed. They were even installed on schedule. We will definitely use them again when we replace all of the basement windows. Love these people. We have used many different companies in the seattle area from electricians, plumbers, cabinet makers etc while we've remodeled and updated our home and I we have been sorely disappointed. I can honestly say that Lake Washington Windows and Doors are some of the best. SO many companies here in Seattle are thriving because of the housing market and they obviously don't give a **** about the customers because they are already overbooked but LWW&D's do care."

"This project was as tub/shower replacement. Material was acrylic. REVE Exteriors apparently subcontracts the actual work and the installer was Jon Kromm/Affordable Handyman Service with a partner and the workmanship was high quality. They were also very polite and eager to please. It took quite a while for the tub materials to be available for installation but I expect that that is the norm for tub/showers. The original contract was for a one day install and it ended up two days but, based on the amount of work involved, one day obviously wasn't feasible and it wasn't the installers fault. The contract had an add-on for rotten wood replacement and the total cost ended up 15% higher than estimated but it seems reasonable as an extra day of work was required of the two primary installers. Jon ended up coming back briefly on a third day to finish up a few loose ends. They also provided new wall insulation and Jon corrected a long standing electrical issue in the tub area along with associated drywall repair. We ended up with a very nice looking installation with integrated matching corner shelves, soap dish, two hand rails and a window frame. The surround material also extends all the way to the ceiling where previously it went up to a little above the shower head. Overall, happy with the job. The price ended up higher than expected but as I indicated, it seems more or less reasonable for the total package."
