"I had all of the ductwork in my home replaced by Dana and his team about 2 years ago. They successfully achieved all requests I had on air flow to rooms and overall ductwork replacement. The system works perfect and I am very happy with the final product. Dana and his team were professional and courteous during all steps of the process. I did bid the project out to 4 companies and Dana submitted a fair and reasonable estimate for this work. I would certainly recommend this company to others for HVAC work. I have also had Dana back out since this time for an additional item that needed to be address that was not associated with the ductwork. I was just as happy with his work that time as well. "Summary: Very responsive and reasonably priced repair service. Great option if you are trying to avoid replacing an expensive older appliance. Our 20 year-old double oven stopped functioning. I went through a bunch of companies to consider but Apex has great reviews. Tyler came and quickly opened the oven. He pointed out that control board was most likely the culprit and replacing it would give several years of life especially since there were no moving parts. A common problem is that these parts are no longer manufactured. He found a company in Austin that fixed these parts. He gave an estimate of $300 to fix the part and about 2 weeks to get it back. A week later he came by with the part and installed it. Tyler is great , unassuming and very reasonable. I would strongly recommend him to anybody who is considering repairing their appliances or at least knowing the options. You know from the onset that he is going to go out of his way to help you"

"My gas stove continuously kept clicking and we couldn't turn it off.  We unplugged the stove and called appliance fix.  They came out the same day and surprisingly the problem was not occurring anymore when they plugged the stove back on.  He said he could replace the burner but his hunch was that water had dripped on the burner and had caused the problem.  He told me next time to just unplug, clean the burner and then turn on.  He was fare and didn't automatically offer to replace burner. I did have to pay $75 fee for them to come out.  I will use this company again.
