"This is the third project Chellyanna did in my home. I think there are three types of people looking for a big remodel, and Chellyanna will adapt to your needs. 1) First is the type of person that does not care much about using high-end materials, maybe they are just remodeling to rent, or on a very tight budget. Chellyanna/Yossi is very knowledgeable and can suggest many alternatives on how you can save money, not only on materials selections, but also on alternative suggestions on how to approach a project. Through my remodel, I had something in mind initially, and after discussing with Yossi, he came up with some alternatives that could save me money. Note that this implied he actually made less money, but he always said: my main objective is to make you happy. 2) The second type of person is one that is not every experienced in design, so they don’t really know what they want, and how to make everything cohesive. For that you need a designer in addition to a contractor. Contractors will happily implement what you choose, but they are not the best to help you choose. The designer is the one that can help you create a vision and a cohesive look. When you hire Chellyanna you get the best of both worlds, because Rachel is Chellyanna’s lead designer, and she will work with you -- at no extra charge to your project. She will offer alternatives, talk to you, show you pictures, and find out what you like and what would fit your life style. She will consider both function and form. She can even go to the store with you if you want. She will even help pick furniture for your room if you want. She is excellent. Additionally, Yossi also knows a lot about what would look good in a room, so you can trust that he will pick best choices for things through the project, such as positioning of tiles, fixtures, etc. 3) Finally, there are the people like me: I am very particular, I have done many remodels, I know exactly what I want and how I want it, every little thing has to be the way I imagined. So the contractor needs to be VERY patient, because I want to provide input in every single step of the project. This is usually painful for most contractors, they dont like this, it takes too much of time... But Yossi does it with a smile on his face. He took the time to take my input for everything. And sometimes I changed my mind, but he was OK with that also. I can say that I was BEYOND happy with the entire process and ecstatic with the results. In addition to all this, and also very important, is that this company is trustworthy and they will always keep their word. So in conclusion, I highly recommend Chellyanna, no matter the type of person you are, and if you don’t know what you want, trust them, they will figure it out with you! "It went really well. Old house, all plumbing was redone.and both upstairs remodeled with all fixtures replaced. Even hot water tank when it went out. Thankfully that was in the garage. Next house we bought had a bit needed done. Both outside spigot replaced, and inside again new plumbing, commode and fixtures. Newer house did have 2 bigger inicents. Sewer line went out due old piping and then year later water line damaged due to tree root. But they were both replaced and work great. All done in a very acceptable timely manner. Very little family inconvenience. Next project, soon another hot water heater. For many years nothing, not one, plumbing project developed a leak anywhere. Parts did go out a couple times, but parts can fail. His work never did. That is one thing I can rely on and never worry about. And one other thing is that, depending on work I suppose, was fair in his pricing and explained things as he went. Took photos of start, during, and after. We have some small in house projects to be considered next and will be calling. I had the pleasure of visiting a family that their kitchen redone. It was out of a magazine. Do I recommend? Emphatic YES. If you're reading this far, you already missed making your appointment with him. Next project"
