The project ran from Aug. 3-Aug. 20 due to additional work needed & scheduling of half days until the 20th (remaining payment needed). Called several times for walk thru and finish. As of Sept. 26, incomplete, still need 1/2 bath toilet stub out cut & chrome ring, replace top half of shower drain to base (replaced in May with new shower remodel) and clean cardboard & debris from crawlspace. I called Goodman for appointment, no callback. Oct. 8, Guaranteed Plumbing finished remaining work. New problems: Oct. 18, roof leaking inside at hallway and bedroom, called roofer who took pics due to NO CAP on main Bath Vent. I received a callback today from James assuring me of warranty."
