"Our old A/C unit went out on one of the hottest days of the year. We had trouble with old unit that came with the house (15+ years old). Went out on a Friday evening. We thought we were going to have to sweat it out all weekend in 100+ degree temps. Called several HVAC companies and left messages on their answering machines. Eddie called me back first thing Saturday morning and said he could be there at 10:00am. He apologized for not returning my call the same evening, but they had been very busy. Understand, I had never used this company before. He got the system running very quickly, but discovered there were more issues. I was skeptical initially, but he showed me the issues in detail and went over the costs of each option. I decided to purchase a new unit. He had his crew out with new equipment and the new system installed and running that afternoon. Has been great to work with on regular maintenance. Great company!"

"I called Aqua plumbing for a rental property I own in the OKC area as I live out of state. They did a great job through the entire process and I will use them again if needed. A+ job."

"They dug a huge hole in my front yard looking for the existing water service line to the house. They dug up three shrubs that I had planted earlier in the year. The company?s pipe locator was not there when they started digging. If he had been, this mess could have been averted. After they called him back they dug up another shrub to get at the existing line. The work they did to install a new water service line was satisfactory. Now I just have a wrecked front yard ."

Tracy House came on time, he explained what he was doing as he was going throughout the process and when there was a missing part, he went out and quickly bought and was able to fix our spout so well that I don't have to worry about the tub spout for a long time. "The slab leak is fixed and I kinda feel like a big winner. They only had to reroute about 6 feet to bypass the leak under the slab. Got some sheetrock holes in the guest bedroom, but they are out of sight under sink cabinets and can be patched. The personal service, quality work, and price were exceptional - IMO. Bob Usry & Sons Plumbing have a new client! They stayed hooked up and everything was done in less than 2 days + avoided the jack hammer!"
