We had the bathtub refinished 2 years ago and the finish had been peeling off.  This is in our guest bathroom and we were having out of state company for the holidays.  When I called Ms. Cline she was very professional and helpful.  I told her about the refinish peeling off and that the work was done by a company that is now out of business.  She told me she would have to remove the old finish and replace with a new finish and it would take 2 days.  One day to remove the old finish and the second day to put the new finish on.  We scheduled the refinish in November, but due to scheduling issues, we had to reschedule to December.  Ms. Cline was very accommodating and work with us for a new work schedule.  The estimate she gave me on the phone (she had not see the bathtub yet) was the same price we paid.  We are very happy with the work she did and will use her again, if needed.  Ms. Cline is professional, methodical in her work, worked consistently, cleaned up every thing when she was finished, and left us very pleased with her work.

"Technician was punctual and friendly. He also checked inside the wall where a problem could potentially be, but made minimal disruption to the sheetrock and told me how to repair it to possibly be opened again if the outdoor faucet froze up into the wall. Tidied up the area nicely"

"9 hours- twice as long as expected. The old tank was impacted with over a foot of silt so they had to siphon the water out the top (not their fault). That alone put them behind by 2 hours. Then they had trouble getting the new up-to-code flu installed (their fault). But the team stuck with it and got everything in properly, instead of cutting corners or leaving it half-done and returning the next day."

"Wolf did a great job and did it quickly. This was a sliding glass door in a sunroom, which was originally a full Metal frame solarium "kit" installed in the mid 80's. The firm that installed the sunroom wanted over $450 to just come and look it to see if they could repair, but were recommending we just replace the door at approximately $5K?? Wolf came made some adjustments and lubricated the tracks...done and working great, at a mere fraction or the costs quoted by others. Plan to use him again in the future!"

"They did a whole house electrical inspection a couple of months ago, and they even changed out burned out light bulbs for me.  I give them a B on the price; they're a little high, but they do a good job.  I didn't even ask them; they just said have you got any extra bulbs, we will change them out for you. They weren't repairing anything, they were just inspecting to make sure my electrical system was working.  I've had an air conditioner, a heater, a whole house generator, and a whole house humidifier put in by them.  They do annual electric and plumbing inspections as well as heat and air inspections, they are always extremely nice and do a good job when they do an installation, and I appreciate the inspections that are free.  They did an inspection last winter on the heater, but no work actually.  When they installed the new heater, it's worked just fine.  They just inspect it on a yearly basis."

There was water coming up through the floor in the bedroom.  I contacted Buddy's Plumbing and they were able to come out and investigate within a couple of hours.  The leak was located in the bedroom wall.  The section of split pipe was replaced.  I was extremely pleased with the work.  The repairmen were very careful not to displace anything, repaired the leak quickly, and cleaned the area well before leaving.  I will definately use Buddy's again as well as recommend them to my friends."
