"Once again, Eddie and his team exceed my expectations. Our upstairs unit stopped cooling on the 4th of July weekend and I was shocked when I called Saturday morning to schedule an appointment and was told they could be there in a couple of hours. "I placed a request for a clogged pipe in my kitchen. I received a call from a CSR and scheduled an appointment for the next day. Before the serviceman arrived, I was given a call to let me know he was on the way. Brian arrived on time and upon checking to see that what I believed was a blockage deeper in my pipes than just a simple clogged drain, he did in fact confirm that I had a blockage well past the u-bend under my sink... he went right to work and had my pipes cleared out and my drains working freely within 30 minutes... I was VERY happy with his work and professionalism... the price was a little more than I expected but that was my fault for misunderstanding the CSR. I was told that there was a fee for coming out to find the problem and then if work was done it would be more. I thought that meant that the fee for coming out would be included in the price of the services rendered like it has been with other services I have had done after the servicemen came out and given the estimate and then I had them do the work. But, this place is different. The cost of coming out to give an estimate is NOT included in the service costs. I could understand paying that fee if I did NOT have them do the service they were giving me an estimate for. That wasn’t made clear up front and it is the only reason why I can't give a perfect score. Granted, it is a misunderstanding on my part. But, that really should be made clear before hand! The charge for coming out was $89 and then there was a hourly charge of $108 per hour. You pay for the full hour no matter if it takes them 10 minutes or 60 minutes. I will still use them if I ever need plumbing services again."
