I had 5 bids and JP was competitive, but the primary selling point for me was professionalism , communication, and she was not pushy. She educated me on the process and set realistic expectations. Where others contractors were using lower quality materials and cutting corners to reduce estimates. she explained in great detail why the additional repairs were needed and the warranty benefits of the higher quality paint. The project went smoothly. Cost for the project was accurate. The quality of Gios work is simply beautiful. On the final walk through, Candace was sensitive to the smallest details that I did not even notice. The finished project exceeded my expectations. "We hired Galto Residential Contracting to remove the popcorn ceiling from the entire first floor of our house, plus the second floor stairway and hallway areas. I was given a competitive bid (one of four bids received) and we scheduled to work. Andy Galto and his crew arrived as scheduled, and completed to project in a workman like fashion on a timely basis. Popcorn ceiling removal is inherently messy. The real issue is in prepping the ceiling drywall for a smooth finish. The contractor worked with us to get the smooth white finish we wanted, done to our satisfaction. The premises were cleaned up at the conclusion of the project, though we still had to deal with some of the drywall dust generated though the smooth sanding of the new ceiling. Overall, we are very pleased with the work done, and at a fair price."

"We had Will do some work for us in the past. The work was completed, not in a very timely manner, but was very happy on how the final project turned out. However we did have some communication issue's in which Will was difficult to contact on occasion, or took a very long time to get back to us, and he or his crew would sometimes show up unannounced. We did decide to give Will another shot to do some other projects that we had planned because we liked him and his work, but this time the communication was even worse than before. We waited more than two months and still had no idea when our project would start, or the cost of the project. Was very disappointed in Will's lack of communication with us, and because of that we had to postpone our projects because of the up coming holidays and not knowing when Will would have time for us. Didn't want him to show up when we were out of town or just not home. In my opinion it appears that unless you are a large dollar project you will not get Will's immediate attention, which is fine, I understand the man has to make a living, but he really needs to improve on communication and scheduling, especially with the smaller project people."
