"My husband and I noticed that there was water coming out the side of the kitchen cabinet, and it was leaking into our living room area, which is adjacent to the kitchen, causing a puddle in our carpet. We called another contractor, who could not locate the source of the leak, and who, in my opinion, was too lazy to investigate it enough to actually find the problem. We thought the source of the leak was coming from the dishwasher, so we replaced it. The leak continued. We then thought the source of the leak was the refrigerator, so we replaced that, as well. When that did not solve the problem, I called MLS late that night, and we made an appointment for the next day. The technician arrived promptly at the scheduled time, and was pleasant and polite. He began investigating the leak, and discovered that the source was a pipe in the wall that was behind the kitchen sink! They had to cut into the drywall, and as we moved the furniture out of the way, we discovered that the water had leaked into the carpet about a foot from the wall, and discovered that the bottom of my large bookshelf was completely rotted, as well as my entertainment center, where my TV was located. The technician cut into the wall, made the repair, replaced the drywall, and even hooked up the water line to my new refrigerator, so that I could be able to use the water and ice dispenser. He was also kind enough to install the license plates on my new vehicle for me, as well as the car seat base for my grandson! Because of their commitment to quality work, I now have peace of mind that the leak is fixed, which is priceless to me. They did all this for me in a timely fashion, and the technician stayed until the job was completed, which was well past 10 pm, and never once complained about anything. My husband and I were so impressed with his professionalism and quality of work, we have already recommended MLS to a friend of mine, and would recommend them to anyone that asks. "Signed up for a $99 special to have Roca come out and repair a leak in my roof.  Blake told me that I should contact my insurance because he felt I needed a new roof.  I had submitted a claim less than a year prior which was denied of a new roof.  Blake helped me with the insurance process and meeting the adjuster to go over everything he felt I needed replaced.  With the claim, I was able to make all the repairs and add the guttering around the entire house for a little amount out of pocket (much less than my deductible).  I highly recommend Roca roofing and working with Blake if possible.  He is very professional and courteous and had my best interest in mind.  His crew was in and out and finished the entire roof in 1 day.  Very satisfied with the whole experience.

Got an estimate and worked out design, work was done quickly but thoroughly with my new space turning out to be more beautiful than I had expected! Jeff Chandler was involved in the process every step along the way. I was at work and he took pictures at each step letting me know not only what was being done but providing me with pictures as well for my approval. It feels now as though I have an additional room on the back of my home! Project costs, which were very reasonable and competitive, were as estimated. The very professional crew showed up on the appointed day and began tearing off all the damaged materials and hauling them away. They then began replacing the decking, before replacing the shingles with a new high-impact roof. Finally all the gutters were replaced and the job was done. The cleanup was quick and thorough. I never had to do anything during the process. Mr. Whipple came once or twice each day to make sure everything was being done right and to answer any questions I might have. I've required a new roof before because of hail damage, and it was not done nearly as thoroughly and professionally or with as little inconvenience to me as this job."
