"The reason I went with them over another company is that the guy was more knowledgeable. I felt like he really understood what had happened and what had caused the sagging of the foundation. The price was better. It turned out that they charged me per foot. They give you up to so many feet of steel before they start to charge you extra. There's so much per pair. They charge you and you get 30-feet off that. They charge you so much extra per foot that they have to drive back here into the ground before they hit rock. In my case, they had to go for 35-feet to hit rock. It cost a lot more than what we expected. In the end, they worked with me to come up with a good solution that kept the price close to what they originally estimated. They basically reduced one pair. They felt like it would be fine for my case. They worked with me to keep the price in check when we had the unexpected expensive metal required for them to drive into the ground. They gave me more for my money. I was happy. They did a good job. We had it done in less than a day. They left with the area around the house looked almost untouched when they were done. They worked behind the hedges. They didn't damage them. I was pleased with their service."

"I contacted 3 different companies, and this is the only one that I recommend. Our salesman Kent Tysinger was wonderful. He was the only one that showed us pictures of our house underneath it. He even called me one night after his working houses to answer my question. He recommended what would work and he was correct. It took less than a week for the job to be started. Jonathan Stone & his crew came to the job site for one week. Each day Jonathan or one of his crew members would tell me what they were doing that day. When the day ended one of his crew members would come tell me that they were leaving and that they would be back the next day and they always arrived at the time that was stated. I had some concerns, and the GM manager came to my house and assisted with the issues. Also, when the job was completed, Jonathan went over all the pictures that he took of the complete job. All I can say is that this company better keep the employees that has assisted me with my job. We are so satisfied with the complete work."

"Provided a competitive quote for services. Were unable to do framing corrections, but foundation pier solution was at a competitive price. Our buyer cancelled the sale, but I believe the seller went with this company to do the work."

"I was experiencing standing water and erosion in my yard, mold in downstairs office. Called Nick and requested quote, received prompt evaluation of my property damage and repairs were performed beyond my expectations. Nick always responded to my questions quickly, his employees are professional and very neat. Job was done in 3 days time, no mess in yard, then we had a torrential downpour shortly after they finished and no standing water or erosion continued. Thanks so much to Nick and his crew! T. "Tony and David used a 2-step approach: 1) performed work in the basement which included installing a sump pump, a well, wall sheathing, and weep holes; and 2) completely sealed cracked cement and installed a drainage system in a raised flowerbed attached to the house. Since completion of the work, we have had several occasions with heavy rainfalls, and for the first time in two years since we bought the house, we have not had water in the basement thanks to the competent waterproofing system installed by Soggy Bottom Waterproofing. Not only was their work 100% effective in preventing water leaking into my basement workshop, they were at least 1/2 to 1/3 of the total cost quoted by other companies. They performed the work with minimal disruption to existing structures in the basement (unlike one proposal we received), and structurally improved the raised garden wall. We are completely satisfied with the professional and thorough work performed by Soggy Bottom Waterproofing and would not hesitate to recommend them to our friends and neighbors.."

"I had a flood for the first time in the crawlspace and basement. I called Regional Foundation & Crawlspace Repair to come out. They wanted 27K for crawlspace encapsulation, that was too much and I could do most the work myself. I instead paid them $5,000.00 to bury a geodrain and install a triple safe sump pump system. This is the job they did, they installed the sump pumps at the 3rd to lowest point in the crawlspace and this geodrain goes back and forth from uphill to downhill. The lowest point still allows water to flood downstairs. They also cracked a chunk of my foundation at the point of sump pumps egress. Outside they just threw rocks on ground were the water comes out and can get back into the ground to reenter the crawlspace. They got 1 star because the people were nice, their job was not. Update as of 4/23/2024 they contacted me and said they wanted to make sure everything was good. A Girl and guy came out and noticed a couple things I didn't and said they would fix it that their company does not do work like that. They dug up all the previous geodrain and moved it to walls, tried to level out the drain and changed the location of the pumps and the drain outside. She had a really good work ethic and never took a break. The guy was on the other side of house and think he did good too. Everything they did looked professional and looks like they fixed everything. They had to come back today to finish the work today, but had three of them. It all looks good and they tested everything. They apologized about the old work and were not sure went wrong, but I don't have a negative view of the company now and am satisfied with the work they did. Just nocking one star for the under trained individuals that came the first time, the second crew was great!"
