"The Remodeling company was wonderful to work with! The office staff kept me informed when projects were going to start & their duration, when dumpsters would be dropped off or picked up, as well as letting me know when they wouldnâ t be there due to weather issues- rain and high winds. All the crews were polite and answered any questions I had. I had the Remodeling Company do my roof, tear down the old deck, build a new deck to code, and install vinyl siding and new gutters. I had had an open insurance claim for part of the roof & after the Remodeling company inspected my roof, they sent pictures of hail/wind damage to my insurance company. While insurance wasnâ t going to pay for the new claim because it was less than my deductible, the Remodeling companyâ s persistence and taking & sending insurance people more pictures of the roof has resulted in my getting money towards the roof for both claims! My house has had most of the work completed and it looks fantastic! I could not be more pleased with my selection of the company to do the updates to my house. By the way, my hiring the Remodeling Company came about as the result of a knock on my front door when they were doing work in the area. I did check them out and saw they were very highly rated & the next day we got into specifics about the project and talked money and timeframe. There was a delay due to my having to get the work approved by the HOA, but work commenced less than 2 weeks after getting HOA approval! Thank you The Remodeling Company for a job well done!"

"We hired Matt to construct a detached 32 x 26 garage on our property. We started looking for contractors in early summer of 2018, at the peak of the construction season, and Matt was one of two contractors that even extended the courtesy of a return phone call. We met with Matt to discuss our plans and let him look over the proposed site, and he advised that he could undertake the project, but further advised that we were looking at a September start date, due to his backlog. We agreed, and sure enough, he called in early fall to tell us we were next in the queue. Work began shortly thereafter, and we now have a fully finished, an insulated and heated garage that vintage cars would be proud to call home. Matt was a pleasure to work with throughout the entire project. He was in daily contact, letting us know what was to be done that day and in the immediate future. I asked Adams Cleaning & Construction to come out & give me a quote on replacing the rotted planks, stain/seal, remove all the nails & replace with wood screws, & reattach the skirting that has come off. They went out to estimate the day I called, I received the written estimated the next day. I thought the price was very fair, I signed the estimate & sent in my deposit. The project was completed in week. I'm very pleased with their services & would use them again."
