"Way to pricey for the level of work preformed. He's Charged and independent plumber and charged me $275 to twitch out a cartridge plus tye cost of the part. Finding out the steps were; unscrew the handle, turn of the water using the shut off valves in the pipe, unscrew the cartridge, replace cartridge, turn on water, and screw handle back on. He charged me $275 for labor and the part was only $130. Definitely extortion pricing. When I asked why was labor so much he saif because he had to go to two place to find the part and he's working on a Saturday. He's like a taxi, kept the meter running while driving around to get the part and he seemed to be under the impression that I forced him to work on a Saturday. I will not use again and I do not recommend. He should price fair by the level of difficulty of a job and not just by what he feel he is owed."

I initially called to get a price quote and was upfront about calling other companies as well, which he was totally fine with. These guys did so and were prompt and professional and very easy to deal with and they also gave the lowest estimate! They also let me know that the previous unit was something that should never have been installed because it was a dated unit from a manufacturer that is no longer is in business. I was in a jam at another property some weeks later out in Venice -- some plumbers will not service Venice because it's too far away, but it was Flood Brothers to the rescue. They managed to come out the same afternoon to diagnose and fix a leak just as my guests were arriving for their stay. It was a simple fix (for a plumber, not a layman) and they let me know and charged a fair price. Giulio and Brendan are pros and really nice and went out of their way to turn my headache into a solution. I will be calling them again."

In addition, we had laundry and toilet draining issues, and Gary checked these, and made some adjustments, at no extra charge—even though they turned out to be NOT related to the main line blockage. Moreover, he and his helper were clean (put on shoe covers before coming in to the house), and friendly. Best service I’ve ever had over the years, and I’m using them from now on…"
