"Immediately upon the sewer company referred Water Damage Rescue to complete the restoration process, a professional staff named Juan came to our house and assessed the water damaged. We had a meeting and Juan explained to me the necessary procedures to clean and disinfect the affected area. "We had Top Service out in August 2016. We had just moved in and had two sewer backups the first week. We had another company come out and snake the line twice. Jesse came out to clean the pipes as we were told it was a grease buildup. He discovered that in fact there were two bellies in the pipe and it would continue to clog in that area and backup. He came back the next day with his crew and they dug down to the line and repaired the pipe, leveling it out for proper drainage. He was very thorough and spent countless hours doing the repair. This was a Sunday and they worked all day. We have never had a problem since then. We will definitely call them back out if we ever need service in the future."
