"Eddie Hesling was the technician who came to install a battery in my 5 year old Craftsman door opener, which had become noisy as well. Eddie did a thorough inspection and pointed out to me that the spring assembly (which I had had replaced in October 2018) was the wrong size and incorrectly installed. Upon full inspection of my opener, Eddie showed me that the gears in the opener were grinding down and that was why the door was so noisy opening and closing. He showed me several options to band aid the system, but I chose to replace the opener and the incorrect spring assembly. It was pricey, but I have no regrets. The door opens and closes so quietly now. I did not realize how bad my old opener was working. Eddie also pointed out that my garage door was the wrong size for the opening--a couple of inches too short, which let in all the cold winter air. I will contract with Precision Door Service for work in the future which will include replacement of both my garage doors and the remaining old door opener. Not cheap--but very, very, very good!"

"Joe from ProLift was wonderful. He was professional and very nice. He really put his heart into his work. I had bought 2 garage door openers from Home Depot. Joe came to install them. One of them worked well, the other unit was a bad unit. He did everything he could to get it to work. Even using his own wiring to troubleshoot. It was a bad unit. Joe offered to come back and reinstall another unit I bought. He truly went above and beyond. I highly recommend ProLift Garage Doors to anyone looking to install garage door openers. As a tip, just purchase the garage door openers from ProLift. Save yourself the headache with dealing with a possible bad unit."

"Excellent service! Technician came the same day I called. He repaired our broken spring promptly and lubricated both doors. I’ve noticed that sometimes it’s hard to get them on the phone, as I got the answering machine several times. That is my only small negative."
